Full-time or Benefit Employee - 30 hours or more a week (26 pay periods annually)
90 day Probationary Period (effective 2/2015)

PTO (PAID TIME OFF)

Full-time Employees - Accrual begins immediately upon hire however, not
eligible for use until after 90 days of employment (Probationary Period)
Accrual Rate as follows:
0 to .99 years - 4.31 hours per pay period
1 to 4.99 years - 5.85 hours per pay period
5 years plus - 7.38 hours per pay period
Includes paid hours for Vacation, Holidays and Employee's birthday

SICK TIME

Accrues at the rate of 3.69 hours per pay period with a max of 336 hours
for Full-Time Employees however, not eligible for use until after 90 days
of employment (Probationary Period)
Sick time can be used the second day of illness.

457 - If selected, Employee must contribute a minimum of 3% of Annual Salary
401A - Employer will match 3% (3 year vesting)
Employee not eligible to contribute until after 90 day Probationary Period.
