1 to 4.99 years - 5.85 hours per pay period
5 years plus - 7.38 hours per pay period
Includes paid hours for Vacation, Holidays and Employee's birthday
SICK TIME
Accrues at the rate of 3.69 hours per pay period with a max of 336 hoursfor Full-Time Employees however, not eligible for use until after 90 days
of employment (Probationary Period)
Sick time can be used the second day of illness.
